Microsoft security teams state that a large portion of the attacks they have observed in recent days, in addition to scans carried out by security companies and researchers, are also related to mass scanning by attackers attempting to fingerprint vulnerable systems.
Of course, the fact that these attacks bypass authentication methods to enable remote code execution significantly increases the risk level and causes major financial losses.
At the Microsoft Security Technologies Event, while current attack techniques recently encountered are explained, attack analyses will also be conducted hands-on with Microsoft’s SOC solutions.
